Right and Wrong Ways of inhaling Push Pen

Push Disposable

You may be wasting money! If you’re not inhaling your cannabis correctly, you are shorting yourself on the experience and burning through your money.

If you’re using a disposable vape (such as a “Push” disposable), inhaling correctly can make it more comfortable and may reduce irritation. There isn’t one universally “right” method, but these are common guidelines:

More comfortable ways to inhale

  • Take slow, gentle puffs (about 2–4 seconds). Disposable vapes are designed for light draws.

  • Pause briefly after drawing the vapor into your mouth if you’re using a mouth-to-lung (MTL) style.

  • Inhale into your lungs gently if desired, then exhale.

  • Wait a short time between puffs to allow the device’s wick to resaturate.

Practices to avoid

  • Taking very hard or long drags, which can overheat the coil and produce a harsher hit.

  • Chain vaping (many puffs back-to-back), which can increase throat irritation and the chance of a burnt taste.

  • Blocking the airflow vents while inhaling.

  • Using a disposable that’s burnt, damaged, leaking, or empty.

Health considerations

Most Push Pen vapes contain thc, which is addictive. Vaping can also irritate the throat and lungs, and the long-term health effects are still being studied. If you don’t already use nicotine, it’s best not to start.

If your goal is to reduce throat irritation or coughing while using a disposable vape, I can also suggest ways to make it less harsh.
